He found me a better finance deal somewhere other than where I had gotten pre qualified for and cut my interest rate in half!!!!! More

I needed a mulit-point inspection, oil change, CVT fluid change, brake fluid change & engine cabin filter replaced so I thought I would be waiting for my vehicle for some time. However, I did not have to wait more than 45 minutes or so before it was ready. I highly recommend Mehdi as a service advisor & Germain Honda in general. More

I had an appointment at 6:00pm to test drive the vehicle and I was home, I could not believe how easy the process was of purchasing my new used car. I despise the process of purchasing a vehicle but this certainly time made me feel differently. I went in, told them my price range and what I wanted to spend and that was it..No overselling or extra sales pitches. I got what I wanted and that was what was important to me. Helpful and negotiable I first started off in the new car department. After running some numbers with one of the new car salesmen he recommended me to Kelly in the used car I first started off in the new car department. Kelly was very helpful finding the right car and getting me to my monthly payments I was looking for. Kelly was very understanding and it seemed like he actually cared about putting me in a car that I wanted. Other dealerships do not care about what the customer is looking for and they try to get you in whatever you will say yes to. I did not feel this way at Germain Honda Dublin. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would reccomend everyone to buy a car here. More
