Hands Down, Best Car-buying Experience EVER!! I had been searching for months for the right vehicle for my family and myself. Been to multiple lots and sat in many drivers seats. Some dealerships I had been searching for months for the right vehicle for my family and myself. Been to multiple lots and sat in many drivers seats. Some dealerships didn't even greet me upon walking onto the lot. But then I drove onto the lot, Germain Honda of Dublin, and found this obelisk of hope I had been searching for! My family and I stepped out of our car to begin our trek across yet another car lot, which we were not enthusiastic about. But this time, there was something different than all the other attempts. This time, we were immediately greeted by Kelly Hettinga, and we knew that we had come to the right place. Kelly was warm and welcoming, but without pressure. We discussed what the needs of my family were, and talked about Kelly's passion for his craft. He told me that he often finds himself walking the lot during his down time to get familiar with the inventory. He went above and beyond his duties, and you could tell that this was not in attempt to just "make a sale", but because he is a natural humanitarian in his space. He spent his time carefully waiting on me, and in the end found not just a car, but THE car that fit all of our desires. The entire process was composed of the utmost professionalism, and Kelly did not try to fit the buyer to the car, but rather the car to the buyer. I would love to say that we would be returning soon, I truly would, but because Kelly did such a well job at satisfying our needs, we will be enjoying our new vehicle for years to come. But, I will be sending all of my contacts, friends, and children to Germain Honda of Dublin for all of their car buying needs. Thank you Kelly for your devotion! More
