RoryFlaherty After doing much research online, I came into Germain with ideas of what I wanted. I met Kelly upon entering the used car department and he immediate After doing much research online, I came into Germain with ideas of what I wanted. I met Kelly upon entering the used car department and he immediately started helping me and got to know what I wanted. Unfortunately, due to recent personal setbacks impacting my finances, I was not eligible to receive a loan. I found a way to obtain finances to purchase a car and since I have daughters who will all be licensed over the next 12 months, wanted to spread the money out over 2 vehicles. Kelly was so helpful before that I wanted to work with him again. I had stayed up most of the night trying different scenarios to make the best purchases with what I had to work with. Another setback came when everything was totaled out and I was over my dollar limit. Kelly came through again by informing me of an automobile that had just been traded in, had low miles for its age and was priced where I needed it. I ended up purchasing both vehicles and Kelly threw in a little extra with a no-fee to me fix on one of the vehicles. Unfortunately, I didn't pay enough attention to some of the details of the Civic I bought and now have to find money to replace a couple very worn tires, but that doesn't take away from how helpful and understanding Kelly was and how great he made the car-buying experience for me. Thanks Kelly and Germain!! And as my daughters need vehicles, I know when I can shop for them in confidence and hope Kelly will still be there to guide us to another successful sale! More

What a wonderful experience Buying a car is a hard thing to do. So many choices. I went into Germain Honda wanting to see what a used Honda could bring me, and the unexplainable Buying a car is a hard thing to do. So many choices. I went into Germain Honda wanting to see what a used Honda could bring me, and the unexplainable happened. Walked right in, spoke to Chris. Chris was amazing from the very beginning. He sat us down and asked us what brought us to Germain and asked what we wanted to achieve. Even when we said that we just wanted to test drive a couple Honda’s, Chris got more specific as found the right vehicle for me. After driving the Civic, Chris was right and it was the car for me. Not planning on buying a new car, we walked out of Germain Honda with a new car. Chris was amazing, and I plan on bringing as many customers to Chris and Germain as I can. Thank you all!! More
