He did it again! I had recently bought a Mercedes from Nishi Patel of Germain Honda of Dublin. There was some additional information that I wanted to find out about t I had recently bought a Mercedes from Nishi Patel of Germain Honda of Dublin. There was some additional information that I wanted to find out about this car. Since I had never owned a luxury car before there was a lot to learn. I went from place to place to find what information I wanted to know. I finally went back to Nishi. Even though I bought my car from a Honda dealership I was told there was only so much they can do. I informed Nishi of what I was looking for and HE told me he couldn’t help. I was disappointed but I accepted his answer. I felt there was nothing else to do. I had tried everything. BUT! A few weeks later I received an email that shocked me. Nishi hadn’t given up. Apparently he was doing some homework behind my back. I received an email from Nishi telling me EVERYTHING I was looking for, plus more. Wow! I want to thank you Nishi Patel because you didn’t have to do what you did. I appreciate you, your hard work and concern. Thank you. To those who are reading this review this is my second used car I bought off of Niishi Patel and I couldn’t be happier. More
