We bought a 19 Accord Sport and were sold the tire package. Once we needed it, they had no idea how to implement it, and kept trying to charge us for something that was clearly covered. We had so ma package. Once we needed it, they had no idea how to implement it, and kept trying to charge us for something that was clearly covered. We had so many back and forth phone calls before we finally got it worked out. They did not have an issue taking our money for the service, but the experience is still terrible. The second time was a little smoother, but still not great. We also paid for the maintenance package, which includes all oild changes up to a certain milage, but they try to charge us for the oil change EVERY SINGLE TIME. We have to keep track of this and they don't seem to have any record keeping. On one of the oil changes the car came back and stunk like gas on the inside. It was very prevalent. They took no ownership of this, tried to downplay that, and gave us free 'car deodorizer' which didn't help. 6 months later there was still a faint smell of gas in the car. They try with the customer service in general, but I would just not recommend ever buying a car there. We certainly will never be back. More
