Treated like an idiot I took my car in yesterday due to a service light (SRS system) issue I have been trying to get them to address, but for one legitimate reason or anoth I took my car in yesterday due to a service light (SRS system) issue I have been trying to get them to address, but for one legitimate reason or another that couldn't happen actually happen until yesterday. The young service mechanic they called to run the diagnostic scan assumed I was telling him the DASH LIGHT was turning off when I turned the key off (why would I take the car in for a dash light that turned off when I turned the car off? who would do that?) and treated me like an idiot. When I got him to actually look at the light that was on, it took 45 minutes of me sitting there with the car running before he sent somebody back out with a computer to run the scan. Really not happy with this experience. Also, this is another repair not covered by the "full bumper-to-bumper platinum warranty" through Millennium Car Warranty their salesman highly recommended I buy to protect me from having to pay car repairs, which has turned out to be a very expensive ($2275 + interest) scam. More

Stephanie Hausherr did all the heavy lifting, getting my new car ready and answering all of my questions. She was great. Not sure who the finance guy was, but he was great also! During my new car search I was in contact with 6 different dealerships looking for the best deal on my new car. Three of those were Germain-owned. All 3 were by far the best at responding to my questions and offering transparent pricing. I went with Germain Honda because they quoted and delivered the lowest monthly payment. And then they delivered with outstanding customer service. Thanks everyone!! More

I test drove a couple cars. Jim worked with me and my dad to figure out what was in my price range. When I found THE CAR, Jim made the paperwork flow easily and I was out the door by six pm. The entire experience was comfortable and flowed-- I never felt pressured to look at a certain car, and I never felt I could get a better deal. To put it simply, I feel I got the best car in my price range. I told Jim what I was comfortable paying monthly, and even with still owing on my old car, I came out with an even better car than I imagined at the amount I told him I wanted to pay. The finance and general managers (sorry, I do not remember everyone's name) were also friendly and helpful. My overall experience here was wonderful, and I especially thank Jim for helping me find my beautiful car! More
