A few days later, I stopped in after work to get a trade in estimate and look at the EX model that I had focused on. Justin Bunkers met me and led me through one of the quickest and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I spent less than 90 minutes in the dealership, including the test drive. Justin was up front about being new to the position, and he was uncertain on a few procedural points. But he knew the product well, sharing a wealth of information with me on the thorough test drive. Even more important, he's a xxxx of a nice guy. During the visit, I got a trade in estimate that slightly exceeded my expectations- a first for me, I had nothing to argue about. I gave Justin the leasing figures that Jessica had provided me; he took it to his manager and came back in five minutes with "Yep, we can do that". I hadn't come prepared to buy that evening, so I arranged to come back in two days and complete the deal. When I showed up, Justin took me to a waiting finance manager, who finished the paperwork in 20 minutes. Then, Justin helped me clean out my old car and transfer items to the new car. I couldn't have had a better buying experience. I just hope that Justin Bunkers is still there in three years when I'm looking for another car. More
