In addition, Troy always gives me a wait time for my vehicle; and the time he gives me is always correct. This is very helpful so I can decide whether to wait at the dealership; or drop it off and leave, while my vehicle is being serviced. If I leave my vehicle, he always calls me when it is about to be ready. Troy listens when I tell him my concerns about the problems I am having with my vehicle. He understands my needs as a customer. He takes the time to explain to me what needs to be serviced, and why it needs to be serviced. He gives me a precise estimate for each service that needs to be completed. He also takes the time to prioritize what service needs to be done first. This is very helpful when it comes to fitting service costs into my budget.
