He went out of his way to make it easy for me, delivered the car, explained everything to me and brought back my garage door openers I forgot in the car. Poor Customer Service Very poor customer service from Audrey...I had sent an inquiry on a couple certified used Honda CR-Vs and she reached out to me for more info on my tr Very poor customer service from Audrey...I had sent an inquiry on a couple certified used Honda CR-Vs and she reached out to me for more info on my trade. I sent her my trade information and asked her to work some rough numbers for me to see if we were close. She asked me for additional information on my car and I sent it to her. I followed up with her at the end of the day for an update with no response from her, I text her the next day with no response, I emailed the third day with no response. Apparently she doesn’t want to sell a car or make any money by doing so as she is very bad at follow up and not a good salesperson. I’ve been in sales all my life and she by far is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Her loss though, I already purchased elsewhere! If you go to this dealership don’t give Audrey your business. More
