Recall Work Called to make an appointment for some recall work on my Honda Civic. Wasn't expecting to get in until next week. To my surprise I was able to get in right after noon on the day I called. I couldn't believe it. When I got there I asked if I could also get an oil & filter change and Chris (Service Employee) said no problem. The whole appointment was done in an hour, which is exactly what they told me it would take. Chris was friendly and he had the service guys do a check up on any potential problems for the future (no charge). So you can probably tell that I had an outstanding appointment with Chris at Germain Honda. Thanks Chris Tom More

Scott Staats was phenomenal through out the entire process. I went with the idea of simply drive testing a car and ended up buying the car thanks to Scott. July 20, 2020 Scheduled Service I was greeted by Amy Pickens who introduced herself and welcomed me. She promptly recorded mileage etc and we went to her work station.
