We truly apologize that you are less-than satisfied with the service that you received with us here at Germain Honda of Beavercreek. Honda has taken care of the repair costs for this particular issue, but did not authorize for dealerships to provide loaners specific to this repair. Unfortunately, this is a lengthier repair; however, these expectations were advised prior to having the work completed. As a certified dealership, it is our responsibility to make necessary recommendations pertaining to the maintenance and services on your vehicle, but it is ultimately your decision as the customer to move forward with those recommendations or not. We are disappointed that you feel so negatively about our staff and our dealership and wish you the best.
