Very positive experience. I was in need of a car and had never been to this dealer before. I blocked my entire day open. I arrived about 8:30 and was driving off the lot around 11:30. Salesman was very helpful in listening to my information and working with me and the cars on hand to meet my needs and capabilities. I did not have an appointment, and while I did have to wait for awhile now and them while he worked with a customer that did have an appointment, both, he and the finance manager kept me in the loop on how things were going. The finance manager got me an excellent deal not only on the payments but things that were included such as warranties that were not normally part of a used car sales. The dealership was very clean and everybody that I observed were very professional. This was a very good experience for me and I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a car, they at least consider this dealership. More

Last month, I needed service on very short notice, as I was leaving on a trip within two days. Their service department got me in the same day and serviced my vehicle very well. Their service was so good that I took my wife's Civic for service a few days ago. I received the same excellent service. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and I'm going to be taking my vehicles to Germain in the future. Thanks again to them for their great service! More
RELIEF!! Germain Honda of BEAVERCREEK is the best! I bought a used CR-V from Germain .. but in Columbus. Worst experience EVER! The sales person, Kevin, ass Germain Honda of BEAVERCREEK is the best! I bought a used CR-V from Germain .. but in Columbus. Worst experience EVER! The sales person, Kevin, assured me it had the 150 point check but after new front brakes, rotors turned in the back and some other minor broken items within a week of purchase, I knew that was an utter lie to sell the car. The battery also died in the next couple of weeks. The car was not detailed nor was it even washed. It still had the last owner's trash in it when I drove it off the lot!! Needless to say, I was anxious of what they might find when I took it in to Germain Beavercreek, 6 months later, for the 35,000 mile check up. My service person was Anthony. Fantasic customer service! Friendly AND honest! Beavercreek Honda took the time to pinpoint each issue I was having with my car. I was lucky as it only needed a little fine tuning and a software update. Did I mention those things were no charge?! I cannot say enough good things about them! They have a new customer for life! More

Once I got transferred to service the person who answered the phone was able to schedule me the next day. I arrived at the service center and Dan greeted me and got my information and got the car sent back for service. A few hours later it was completed and the dealer shuttle picked me up at home. Once I arrived back to the dealership Dan greeted me and covered the service and assisted me in getting the last paperwork done and out the door. The car was fixed and good to go! More
Service manager hung up on me when discusing my Honda issue! I have an excessieve oil consumption issue with my 08 Honda Accord. I had heen adding oil to it between oil changes. When i was told that the repairi was 4 days, Germain did not provide a loaner vehicle during this recall campaign. When Bill Hanson asked me why not bring it in sooner, I told him that I did not want to spend thousands on the repair and adding quarts of oil does my low cost option see you then accused me of causing the excessive oil consumption and hung up the phone on me, totally unprofessional!!! I then called his boss, Joe Shaw, only to have him not return my call! More
