No longer in the 'fog' I am very pleased with the service I have received from Germain Honday of Beavercreek. Most recently I made an appointment to get fog lights replaced I am very pleased with the service I have received from Germain Honday of Beavercreek. Most recently I made an appointment to get fog lights replaced on my vehicle. I typically replace most of my lights myself but these were a bit more difficult to get to. The online appointment system was easy to navigate. I received an email and phone call confirmation of my appointment. I was expecting a pretty expensive bill for the lights figuring I would be charged for the labor to install but instead was pleasantly surprised when I was only charged for the light bulbs. I waited for my vehicle in the comfortable customer service lounge. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others. Thanks Germain Honda! More

This time around they let Me know that the windshield wipers needed replaced and this is good as winter is almost here and I need good wipers. All the employees were very pleasant and this also was evident in the waiting room everytime one of the employees came in to talk to someone. The waiting room has new & comfortable chairs and a very pleasant atmosphere and snacks! The waiting time was also reasonable. LaDonna More

I was disappointed at nearly every step in the purchase I was let down at nearly every single stage of the new vehicle purchase process. I was promised a price match against a competing dealer then when I s I was let down at nearly every single stage of the new vehicle purchase process. I was promised a price match against a competing dealer then when I showed up to purchase was told they would not honor the price match because the vehicle I wanted was not on their lot. The "new" vehicle I received had a stain on the carpet interior that was never fixed. I filed a complaint with the director of the location requesting a call back so that I could detail my dissatisfaction with the purchase process and even from the top leadership of this dealer they never called me back. I was promised I could take delivery of the vehicle on a Friday but instead I never even received a call to let me know it would be delayed. I called to find out if I would be picking up the new vehicle on Friday and was never called back. I called again on Saturday and was told definitely by Monday. I never got a call on Monday so then I called again and again I never received a call back. I called on Tuesday and was told definitely by Wednesday and no surprise, I was again never called to inform me of the status of receiving my new vehicle. During one of my visits to the showroom one of the managers could easily be heard yelling in an elevated voice and angry tone at one of their employees with potential customers all standing around and easily in ear shot. Multiple times the speaker paging system could be heard with people demanding a certain employee go to a specified location with repeat pages increasing in volume and angry tone. Its a very small step and obvious business sense to page with a polite demeanor "could John please report to X" instead of "John come to the sales office IMMEDIATELY!" ... "John sales office NOW!" An unbelievable amount of extremely poor service and business experiences for a single transaction over multiple site visits and correspondence. Though in the end maybe I'm the biggest idiot considering I still bought my new vehicle from this location. Honestly, the only reason I did was because I firmly believe in supporting local businesses and local employees and this was the only Honda Dealer I was aware of in Beavercreek but never again will I purchase a vehicle from this dealer or any other associated Germain branded locations. More
