It was nice to be able to talk openly regarding final numbers. Unfortunately they couldn't match another dealership or else I would have bought with them. I actually considered spending more in order to work with these two gentlemen. Highly recommend them! More

When I came into Germain Honda of Beavercreek I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I have to say I was ve I will start off by saying I love my car. When I came into Germain Honda of Beavercreek I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I have to say I was very pleased with the level of service that I received. When I came into the dealership, my grandma and I was greeted by Nathan Pence. I knew at this time that I was looking for a small car that would be safe and reliable, but beyond that I was unsure of what car would best suit me. Looking at the lot, there were so many cars. I was a little overwhelmed wondering how I was going to narrow it down with so many options to choose from. Thankfully, Nathan is very knowledgeable about what he does. We sat down with him and started to discuss what things I was looking for in a vehicle. Nathan took this time to open up a website that showed the vehicles on the lot and they were categorized by the features you want like price and mileage. That was such a big help. While we were looking at the site, Nathan was very prompt in lining up cars for a test drive as well as providing the Carfax report for each car I looked at. The cars I drove were all very nice. They were clean, drove well, and Nathan was very helpful at showing me things about the car. Like how to adjust the steering column, mirrors or answering any other questions I had (which I had many). Doing a ride along with him was very comfortable as well, which for me is saying something because I get nervous driving with new people. He is very friendly and personable. Because of him, I found the perfect car. The moment I walked outside and saw a beautiful blue 2008 Honda Civic LX, I was pretty excited. After I drove it, I knew I had found the one I was looking for. It was a great experience, the people who work there are very professional and I look forward to continuing business with them as I will take my car to them for all my car maintenance needs. Again I am one happy customer and I thank you Mr. Nathan Pence. More

Ask for Nathan I had made an inquiry on line in regards to a vehicle that sparked our interest. Nathan Pence made contact and from there, I was sold. As was the car. Inattention to Detail I am writing to express my extreme displeasure with a recent visit to your service center. I brought my car in for an oil change at 10:00 on 3/18. W I am writing to express my extreme displeasure with a recent visit to your service center. I brought my car in for an oil change at 10:00 on 3/18. When I returned to pick it up at ~ 3:45 pm I was told that they had “missed” it and it hadn’t even been pulled into the service bay yet. I was forced to wait an additional 40 minutes for the service to be completed. Even though I was not charged for the service, I was greatly inconvenienced and ended up being late for a dinner engagement. This morning (3/19) I pulled my car out of the garage to go to work and discovered a large puddle of oil on the floor of my garage. I brought the car directly to the service center and was told that during the prior days oil change the technician lost track of the plug washers and ended up installing two of them by mistake, resulting in a slow leak. This could have been a HUGE issue had I not discovered it in a timely fashion. Fortunately, I did find the leak in a short timeframe, but am now left with a big mess to clean up in my garage and more wasted time sitting in your customer lounge. These multiple instances of inattention to detail are inexcusable and could have resulted in major damage to my vehicle. While I was not charged for the service, I have little confidence in your service center and will take my car to another dealer for future service and repairs. I’m walking away from this experience with a very bad taste in my mouth and will certainly not recommend your dealership to my friends or co-workers. There are other Honda dealers in the Dayton area who would be glad to have my business. Funny how the service center employees did not encourage me to go on DealerRater to document my experience. I guess they only do that when they think the customer is satisfied. More

Great Salesman, Great Deal Nathan had the ideal vehicle for me without maxing out my budget. While already pre-approved, the finance department was able to find me a better dea Nathan had the ideal vehicle for me without maxing out my budget. Although the wait on financing was a little longer than I would have preferred, Nathan kept me stocked in pretzels and water and the entire financing process was laid out concisely so I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Overall, the best car buying experience I've had. More

I originally got the car from a dealership out of state and after speaking to Honda about my options they told me to speak to a dealership close to where I currently live. I went in and met with ED who was so friendly! I wasnt sure if I would be able to keep the car, or if I could get into a new one. He walked me through all of my options and was able find us the perfect car for a price that fit into our budget! All of the staff was very friendly and patient throughout the whole process (even though we kept them in the office after the dealership closed!) I would recommend Germain Honda of Beavercreek to anyone! More
