Trey worked with me on the price and had me out the door with a 2016 Certified Pre-Owned Car with a little over a thousand miles and full warranty! Great guy and would personally recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

He gave me a test drive in the vehicle of interest and explained the sales process and market based pricing. Don't buy their used cars I had went to Germain to find a reliable used car with my only requirement being that I don't have to take it to the mechanic every month and within f I had went to Germain to find a reliable used car with my only requirement being that I don't have to take it to the mechanic every month and within five month I've had never ending problems with this car. I've had to to replace a wheel baring, the battery, all four tires, and now I'm going to have to get the timing belt replace. Also, (probably my favorite part) the car roof leaks water on me when it rains. So far I've had to put $1200 in repairs into this car and it'll probably be another $1000 after I replace the timing belt and fix the leaking roof. Then, to make matters worse when I confronted the dealership about all of the problems I was having they told that it wasn't their problem and that it was my fault for buying a used car. My fiancé is a first responder (which they knew) and this was the 1 and 2 days before Christmas Eve. We brought our car in for repairs and after the diagnostic test decided the repairs were more than we wanted to spend. We found a used car we absolutely loved and wanted to purchase. We came to an agreement on price but asked that they take care of the $132 for the diagnostic test since we weren't keeping the car and were trading it in. The MANAGER, DAVE ALLEN was VERY rude and unprofessional. When asked about the diagnostic fee he said "It's not that I can't do it, it's that I won't" and stormed off. Bad business practice!! So they got their $132 but lost out on the thousands they would have made selling us a car. Plus they would have gotten all the service/maintenance work on the new car. But guess, they don't want that money either. They want us to take our business and money elsewhere, fine we'll do that. And we recommend that everyone else do the same. More

Custom service was horrible! I came to look at tell new crv that Honda is having lease deals on. They was very busy at the time a man named Carl attempted to help me. Very aggressive and pushy to get information from me. I declined bc I wanted to look and drive the vehicle. More aggressiveness and pure rudeness from this man. I told him to just not to worry about it and he again was rude and walked up stairs. No one else was able to help me. I don't understand why this man was so rude and ran off. I was left standing in the showroom floor. The whole room could feel the tension. Yet no one did anything about it from the dealship. I decided to leave bc at this point I was upset by the way I was treated. Have not decided if I will give them another chance or not. Just very sad that I was treated the way I was More

Bill Hanson goes out of his way to insure that My Accord is properly serviced and ready for the changing of season. I'm not worried at all about winter coming on as I just had My tires inspected and rotated, all My fluids changed/filled. The crew there at Germain treats Me with respect and they deliver on anything they promise. And I got some cookies and a bag of chips too. Thanks Bill Hanson and the service crew. I'll definitely be back in 5000 miles ready for another experience. More
