Even after the deal was closed, Steve has kindly helped me with the infotainment system and has cheerfully answered all my questions. Purchased 8 of them, all DTS's but leased the last one, a 2014 CTS, which we traded in for our 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid, on Monday. We are extremely satisfied, so far, with not only the professionalism of the Sales People but all other personnel as well. There is a glow of respect and pleasantness throughout your establishment. Each employee has a good word to say and a smile to each customers as they enter your showroom. On Monday we went through the various options with Ed Norton. Nate Allen was also very helpful. Today we went back for additional information regarding some other things which we did not completely understand, and a fine young Man (forgot his name) came out to the car and went through it with us again. He was extremely helpful. So far we are very happy with the Honda Accord; it has everything that Cadillac has for half the cost. I retired as a General Agent for a Fraternal Insurance Company and have dealt with the public all my life. I recommend you have a sign made up and hung in your showroom I had one and it is well worthwhile for future business. Service prices are outrageously high! A new half axle for an Accord costs $80 and this week was offered for $58 by local distributors. The estimated time by Chiltons for a skilled mechani A new half axle for an Accord costs $80 and this week was offered for $58 by local distributors. The estimated time by Chiltons for a skilled mechanic to install it is 1 hour; even if we allow 2 hours, at Germain prices this comes to $280 whereas Germain Honda quotes $509.85 plus tax. An additional mark-up of $230 is considered excessive. It made all my colleagues very suspicious of Germain and I am sure that they will look elsewhere for service of any make of car. More

From the first encounter we had with Ed, he was professional, kind, helpful and not pushy. We were unable to take a test drive and wanted to come back later for the test drive. Ed was not going to be there and Nate helped us when we went back. He also was friendly and helpful with our questions. When we returned a few days later to finalize the purchase, Ed and Nate both greeted us with a friendly smile. Ed was with another customer so we had to wait for awhile to finish the paperwork which would have been our only negative. Overall very happy with the people and the dealership. More
