I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle at Germain Honda of Beavercreek. The dealership was extremely clean and nicely appointed. The Finance Department staff that I met with were very helpful and professional. I priced used CRVs at various dealerships in the greater Dayton area and believe that Germain offered the best value. First Full Year of Service I have been having my 2005 Honda Civic service including major mechanic work on the engine with high miles... Bill Hanson the Service Manager and Dan I have been having my 2005 Honda Civic service including major mechanic work on the engine with high miles... Bill Hanson the Service Manager and Dan Danner have got me with some of there best mechanics to fix all the problems. Very happy with all the repairs, service on this car. So happy that I bought my first new Honda Civic at Germain Honda. Salesman, Trey Bauer did a full outstanding job with my first new Civic, and very happy with the service also. The Service Department has a new look, indoors, full seating waiting area, and much more. Retiring soon, and will be a customer for life. Jim Wilmington, Ohio More

Long wait. Ongoing problem is not their problem I took my wife's 2009 Honda CRV (11am) to have an ongoing lock problem looked at (for the 4th time) and a diagnostic check of car. Salesman (Dan) came I took my wife's 2009 Honda CRV (11am) to have an ongoing lock problem looked at (for the 4th time) and a diagnostic check of car. Salesman (Dan) came back and said we needed a transmission service, and differential service done (a 3 hour job) at most. I said ok and told him about the situation with the power door locks (which have never worked right). Mind you me and my wife have owned 4 Hondas and have given Germaine and before that Hidi Honda many years of business including a recent purchase of a Ford Fusion from Germaine Ford right next door. Anyhow this was the 4th time we have sought to have the same lock issues fixed. Thank God we had a warranty for the other 3 times but still had to pay $400.00 in deductible costs. Anyhow Dan would come back 45 minutes later after I told him we were tired of dealing with the same exact lock issues. After retrieving the previous work history of the car Dan proceeded to tell me the locks were only guaranteed for 12,000 miles. Really, locks that should never go out, much less 4 times on a car with less than 90,000 miles. I reiterated that these were recurring issues with the exact same problem and Honda should back up their number one selling vehicle, the Honda CRV. He did not agree and I never heard one "I'm sorry for your inconvenience for the same ongoing problem. Instead of him offering to call Honda and see what they could do, I had to make suggestions. He said the front lock problem that will not allow me to lock my doors from my key transmitter were actuator issues but they wanted to charge me an additional diagnostics fee for the rear hatch lock issue. I was upset with this as well. These lock issues with 2009 CRV's are well documented on the internet. There have been class action lawsuits where Honda paid repair costs. Honda has extended warranties to pay for ongoing repetitive lock issues, but when I finally got the salesman to call Honda about my lock problems, a day !after I got a call back saying Honda did not want to participate, another way to say screw you loyal Honda customer. We'll take your money but don't expect us to fix our defective products. Then Dan told me it would be $950.00 to fix the exact same lick issues we have been having over and over again for the last 60,000 miles. And to beat everything they did not even start on the other work I authorized until the next day, over 24 hours later and then Dan tried to tell me it probably would not be ready until the third day. Dan was not to keen about offering any solutions unless he saw that I was upset, yet he did tell me that the Chevrolet Equinox engine doesn't even last 100,000 miles. Now, how does that help my problem?? After my wife's car was finally done, on the next day I got a call from a Stephanie or Samantha asking how my visit was. After explaining my negative feelings and why, she assured me a general manager would call me back. Five days later I am still wajting. I won,t hold my breath on that call. Honda reliability and great service? I did not see it on my visit and still can't unlock and lock my doors with my keys and when they do lock they make noise. More

Steve Burden made my car buying experience a perfect day as I drove away in my brand new Honda CR-V! The dealership was also clean, professional, smelled good and relaxing. No issues or frustrated people ... just a real nice, happy place. Great experience! More
