He knew the functions and locations of the controls for the car we decided on and was friendly and relaxed. We decided to look around the lot to see who came out to help us, rather than walk in the showroom. Ronnie was there after a minute or two and after a couple questions, pointed us to the exact car we looked up online. Two minutes later, we were test driving it. Great buying experience and truly enjoyable interaction with our salesman. Financing was pain-free with Adam Heltemes, including our decision to purchase the warranties associated with our vehicle. They were very reasonably priced, contributed greatly to our peace of mind with our purchase, and was not a pressured sale. For the first time I can remember, the add-ons were a welcome pitch rather than an endured irritation. Amended 5/30/2018: I posted a second review detailing our poor experience with after-sale service today that apparently will not be seen by the public until June 18 or so. VERY POOR customer care after purchase. Too bad, as our buying experience was positive. No follow through by Germain. Will not be returning, recommending, or servicing our vehicle there, ever More
