Immediate fix after a flat I had a flat near my home, had the road service and immediately went to Germain for repair. I find everyone at Germain, from the service area to the office to be highly professional, helpful and efficient. I have been going there for about 18 months and always have a positive experience. To my surprise Jimmy was outside and stopped me to see if he could help. It was very nice to have a sales person take the initiave to flag me down. He listened to my wants and knew they had just gotten in an Escape that would meet my needs. Rob and Jimmy worked with me for 3 days to make sure I got my car. I drive about 1000 miles a week and i couldnt be happier with my Escape. I will recommend Jimmy and Germain Ford. I will not drive anything but a ford again. More

Great experience How do I begin.... I was searching for a low mileage used car with a manual transmission. I was driving by Germain Ford late on a Sunday and saw this How do I begin.... I was searching for a low mileage used car with a manual transmission. I was driving by Germain Ford late on a Sunday and saw this bright yellow Focus ST. The dealership was closed so I called on Monday and talked to Jimmy Madsalee. The Focus had just come in on a trade. It was a 2017 with only 990 miles. As it turned out they also had a Mazda 3 Grand Touring with a 6 speed so Jimmy arranged for my wife and I to test drive both cars later that week. I ended up buying the Focus. It was a great deal, and just what I was looking for. He even picked me up at my apartment in his own car to take me to the dealership when it was ready to take delivery. Fast forward 5 weeks, I’m commuting home from work and was rear ended at high speed by a driver that had fallen asleep. I was ok but the car was totaled with only 2200 miles on it. Insurance covered the loss but I needed a car again. So I called Jimmy. There was nothing available but he said he would keep me in mind. Fast forward another 6 weeks... I get a call from Jimmy. He had found a 2016 Focus ST with low miles and called me as soon as he saw it coming in. What a great guy. Unfortunately I had already bought another car but I really appreciated the call and the fact that he had kept me in mind. It’s easy to sell what you have on your lot. It’s a lot more challenging when you have a customer that is looking for something specific. I really appreciate Jimmy for working with me and for keeping me in mind. When my wife is ready for a replacement for her car next year Jimmy is the first person I’m going to call. More
