Never too busy to provide excellent customer service ! I walked into Germaine Honda of Beavercreek on Saturday afternoon, 3/17 and was I surprised. So many customers and salespersons busy making deals. I I walked into Germaine Honda of Beavercreek on Saturday afternoon, 3/17 and was I surprised. So many customers and salespersons busy making deals. It looked as if they were giving cars away.As I was turning to exit (fearful it would take hours before we could talk with anyone) a young man approached me, asking if he could assist me. It was Jimmy Madsalee and the rest is history. Jimmy confirmed Germaine had a CRV in just the right color, model, interior and options. We drove the CRV, negotiated a purchase, paid in full with a check...and as you can tell..the rest is history. The CRV now sits in our garage happy as a lark!! As you can also tell, Germaine was not too busy to provide excellent service and product. As I recall they sold 15 cars that very day, including one to me. Jimmy, our sales peson made all the difference, He is extremely knowledgable about Hondas, extremely helpful, respectful, great personality for working with public, caring and great follow-up. I would highly recommend him to anyone. . More

He talked to me as a first-time car buyer, where other dealerships knew, in the end, I was going to buy a car and simply wanted to know which color I wanted. The other dealerships were cocky and short, where Michael was informative, friendly and very patient with all my Moms and I's questions. Even when he followed up he was never pushy. He always allowed me to take the time and talk it out with my mom. Even after I made my final decision and we got to financing it was nearly 9 o'clock at night and Ted was still full of smiles and very educational. Overall, I got to know the employees on a personal basis, and they matched price offer. You simply can't get any better. Thank you for everyone involved in my first car purchase! More
