BUYER BEWARE!!! My wife and I went in to buy out our lease and they quoted us one price and a week later we saw the check for $500 less than what was quoted to us! I contacted them and Dave Allen said “the $500 charge is for restock of your car.” We was never told about this and when Dave Allen was questioned about it he would not get on the phone and was relaying information to a sales associate and Dave Allen said and I quote “we don’t have to disclose this information”! I contacted the General Manager about that issue at hand. He did cut a check for us in the amount that was owed to us, but Attorney General and BBB was contacted. Everyone who has bought out a lease with them you need to check your contract and the payoff check that was sent to make sure you weren’t involved with one of their scams!! More

I had a question regarding the options of the trim so he went out and looked at the car for me and called me back. I also appreciated his flexibility with me, willing to work with me over the phone on pricing details that usually we take care in person at the dealership. He is willing to do the work (research inventory, walk to the car to answer any questions, price negotiate openly). I appreciate it! More
