He is very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles and was very honest/up front with me on everything. I highly recommend him for any purchase. My husband and I own 5 vehicles and we hate going to dealerships. We will usually just find a car and have it shipped it to us to avoid the whole negative experiences we get at dealerships. Buying a new car is big deal and a big commitment and they didn't make me feel pressured or rushed at all. They even stayed over an hour after they were supposed to close to help me get the best deal I would be comfortable with. I got a 2018 Honda CR-V and I absolutely love it! The last time I came in was for the buy, and that's what we did. Not to say that they were unable/willing to answer questions - they did. They also followed the Honda "delivery checklist" or whatever it was called and were willing to waive the parts I didn't need (pairing my phone [did that on the test drive!], etc etc). More

No Response to a problem I took my car in for service the other day. When I picked my car up and got home I realized that there was scratch's on the side fender. So I called and they said the service manager was in a meeting and would call me when he gets done. Nope no call so I called and I got his voice mail and I left a message and the next day no call again. The funny thing is I realized the marks buffed out with a little wax so after I figured that out I was just going to say no big deal. But sense I see how important there costumers are by not responding to a problem, I'm not going to be going back. I will find another deal to service my cars. More

I've had nothing but pleasant and friendly service and experiences. My recent visit was to purchase a new Accord Hybrid, and Ed Horton was a pleasure to deal with in all respects. I had first expressed interest six months ago, but decided I wanted to wait for the 2018 version, which just recently arrived at dealers. He never pressured me and waited patiently until I was ready to buy, and didn't even blink when I said I wanted a blue one which they didn't have in stock. He arranged for a blue hybrid to be transferred from another Germain Honda dealer in Columbus. I did not negotiate as I was thrilled to get exactly the car I wanted and was happy to pay the sticker price. Jackie Green was friendly and, efficient handling the finances. She offered me a variety of protection plans but completely respected my decision to decline them. It's hard to imagine a better purchase experience. More
