In advance of our visit I had emailed 4 dealers in the Dayton area to ask for a quote on a CRV EX-L with a hitch installed. The reply from Germain Honda's Kenneth Bailey was the most straightforward and informative. I liked the way he answered my inquiry so we decided to visit the dealership. When we arrived Mr. Bailey was not working so we were assisted by Jay England, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to match any price we had been quoted. Not only did he match the lowest price, but Rob McClurkin, the general sales manager, met with us and offered an even lower price. Mr. England arranged for the woman who applies the pinstipes to be there when we picked up the car. She showed us some options and applied it right there at the dealership in just a few minutes. Mr. Bailey was available when we picked up the car and could not have been nicer. He showed us all the neat features and assisted with the setup of the Apple Car Play. Ted Spangler, the business manager, was the person we met with to sign the paperwork, another pleasant experience. I highly recommend Germain Honda of Beavercreek, and especially all the nice people who helped us, Kenneth Bailey, Jay England, Rob McClurkin and Ted Spangler. Could not have been better I had been shopping for a new Honda Accord for several months and had located what I wanted at several local dealerships. After visiting all of these I had been shopping for a new Honda Accord for several months and had located what I wanted at several local dealerships. After visiting all of these I was most impressed with Germain Honda. There was no pressure at all, just old fashioned folks that made me feel like a friend. They worked with me during all aspects of the process and I walked away with a bunch of new friends that I will probably return to in the future just to chat and have a cup of coffee. Trey, our salesman, was very personable and greeted my wife and I with a smile and a very energetic and positive personality. After giving him out budget and the model we were interested in he very quickly gathered us a list and walked us through the features and knew the inventory very well. After a quick walk around we took a test drive and Trey was upbeat and just a nice guy to be around the whole time. He definitely is a step up from my first car buying experience and I think he sets a fine example of customer service and how to really make a person feel welcome in a somewhat scary world of buying a car. After working with Trey, we worked with Ted in finance to finalize the details and he was absolutely an A+ guy and someone with a vast knowledge who's willing to help find you the best deal possible. He even went as far as to take the time to make sure we were getting every discount we could qualify for and that we were well taken care of. Not to mention he was quite the funny guy and like Trey just had a very upbeat personality about him that was contagious. We walked in unsure of what we were in for and walked out happy owners of a very nice 2015 Honda Civic. I could not have been more impressed with the atmosphere and quality of service at Germain Honda and will recommend them to any friends and family in the market for a new or used car. They really set the bar for what it means to be a truly customer first auto dealer. More
