I was all excited thinking they were still open but Ken said I’m just here finishing up some work and I thought I would come out and introduce myself . I loved that !! I now had a point of contact instead of dreading walking in waiting for help. That weekend I went in and was greeted before I even got to the door. They were fully staffed and the place was jumping. Never owning a Honda it took some time for me to find the right one..... but when I finally decided Ken made the rest of the day enjoyable! He is honest and treats people with genuine kindness .
