My new ride I hadn't planned on purching a car that day, but I knew I needed one. I was approached by a sales person who politely asked if I had any questions. Wow! I’m a absolutely amazed! Brandon Shaffer was the best “salesmen” (if we have to call him that!) he was more of an advisor and helped us figure out what was truly important to Brandon Shaffer was the best “salesmen” (if we have to call him that!) he was more of an advisor and helped us figure out what was truly important to us. He didn’t pressure us even in the slightest, he was kind, patient and understanding. Also, while we were with the loan officer he was the PERFECT babysitter. Ted the gentleman who handled our financial side of things was also wonderful, explained everything in detail and told us what was important to know. Even after the sale Brandon walked us to the new van and showed us every single bell and whistle. Even set up our Bluetooth, navigation and preferred settings. I have never been so impressed. I felt like we were an extension of their family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRANDON SHAFFER AND TED, AS WELL AS THE DEALERSHIP ITSELF. When our daughters are ready for vehicles this is definitely where I’ll send them. More
