Great staff, service, and selection! We went to buy a used car. We were unsure which model we preferred. We met with Ray Forsee. He was patient, knowledgeable, and nice. He ran back and forth many times for keys, so we could look at different cars. We didn't buy anything on that visit, but left knowing what model we wanted. We went back 2 days later to look at a car that was not even officially ready yet. Ray made sure it was detailed and washed before we arrived. The vehicle was at a great price! It had a ding on the front grill and only had 1 key. They agreed to replace the grill and cut a new key at no cost to us. We would just have to return at a later date to have it done(they had to order the grill). We were unable to pick up the car until the next (d/t our schedule). When we picked it up the next evening, SURPRISE, the grill was already replaced, the key cut, and the tank was full!! I've bought a lot of cars and had many different experiences. This was by far the best!! I highly recommend this dealership and Ray! More

Despite it being a used car, he seemed really knowledgeable and ended up dipping into his own pocket to try to make the original promises work. F&I was really good and friendly, not stressful at all. That can be painful from some dealerships, but not here. Smith transaction in general. I'd do business with them again, but keep in mind verbal words don't mean anything...
