I felt like I was in the way(as a customer!) Dropped off for oil & filter change,which was fine...asked if they would wash the car,which the advisor said they dont do anymore(closed)..however pre Dropped off for oil & filter change,which was fine...asked if they would wash the car,which the advisor said they dont do anymore(closed)..however previous advisors would get it over to the body shop to get it washed,which is located off the main lot..this was a dissapointment When walking in to pick up my vehicle, I was the only customer in the area...I walked up to the advisor who waited on me in the AM,who looked up at me and said,"someone will be with you shortly"....put his head back down in his paperwork....I looked over at 3EE's at another desk laughing and talking,and another advisor setting there with his head down at his desk not wanting to be involved...I just wanted to pay and get my CRV!...I awkwardly stood in the middle of the servce area 3-5 min till another EE walked in from outside and asked in I needed something...He told me to turn around and go to the cashier 10ft behind me!....Every time I have had service done at Germain, they go over all that is done and provide the sheet that the tech checks off when tire pressure,,winshield washer fluid..ect...none of this was done...dint even know where it was parked....and didnt care if I had to walk the lot...I sure was not going to go back in and "bother them"!!.not normal with Germain,and I will try again with my other Honda in the near future to see if this is the new "norm"..if so.......?well More
Policy makes absolutely no sens! Just purchased a new vehicle at this location, although recipient lives in Gahanna, much closer to Germain of Dublin. After purchase was told all service has to be done at the Beavercreek location to maintain powertrain warranty! This makes no sense, and will prove to be an inconvenience! Erroneously assumed Germain Honda was Germain Honda regardless of location. Have purchased several vehicles from Hidy and a Germain, but now have purchased my last!! This corporate policy makes no sense to me. More
