Where to begin? Bought a Mazda cx-9 from Germain Beavercreek in March/April 2021. It was gently used with 120,000 miles on it. I was smart enough to get the warranty that was offered with it. I put Beavercreek in March/April 2021. It was gently used with 120,000 miles on it. I was smart enough to get the warranty that was offered with it. I put 3k miles on it and the beginning of July the water pump went out and destroyed my engine. It went back to the dealership the next day. Warranty was to cover the destruction. I had plans for vacation the following week. As I only had 1 vehicle left in my household(wife's car), I was in a thought spot with work and vacation. Eddie the head of the service department came through in the clutch. He got me a loaner van. Can't thank him enough for that. As my vehicle was in the service department my contact was Thomas. Man words can not express the gratitude I have for this man. He was very very informative and helpful. He went beyond his job and helped with everything. Long story short the warranty company is just straight trash. A very horrible company. They fought the whole way to even do what was warrantied. After weeks they caved and put a newer engine in my vehicle. So after 2 almost 3 months I got my car back. I want to thank the mechanic (James I believe) for all the unpaid work he put into my car. I am sorry you had to deal with that. But with that being said my experience with Germain was amazing. I would give them a 100 stars if I could.
