The Internet sales manager, Joel, worked with me via e-mail and he provided the best price on the car without all the traditional haggling. Joel also took special care to make sure my Accord was exactly what I wanted. Once I came into the dealership to finish the purchase, Joel's on-ground salesperson, Adam, provided a fast, efficient buying process that had me on my way with my new car. In fact, Adam went out of his way to pick me up from home so that I didn't have to deal with the logistics of getting my other car back home. I really appreciated the extra mile that he took that day and the next, when he called to be sure I was very happy with my car. When I came to Germain Honda I was looking to purchase my first new car. As soon as I came in Dwayne made me feel very comfortable.
