I brought in my 09 hybrid for a B 13 check up. Nick was very friendly, listened carefully to a question I had, and gave me the estimate of time and cost. Nick told me that the technician noticed the wipers were tearing, and they were replaced. The car sounded and handled much better as I drove it away. Later, my husband mentioned that he forgot to ask me to have the wipers replaced! Score one for the technician and Nick! More

Christian Stanowski was the Sales Consultant who attended to my husband and me. He was very professional and friendly. I did not feel any pressure from him on my choice which car to buy. The first one was a brand new Honda Pilot, a 2005 model but until now it is in perfect condition. I meet his manager , Chris Pineau he is very friendly too. Seems all the staff in this dealeaship are very professional and sincere in dealing with the customers. More
I have had a Civic lease for the last 2 years and 10 months. I went in for an oil change at 8am on a Wednesday morning and ran into Jim Farkas while waiting and looking at the new Civic model in the sho months. I went in for an oil change at 8am on a Wednesday morning and ran into Jim Farkas while waiting and looking at the new Civic model in the showroom. He was happy to chat with me about my end of lease questions. Since my last lease began, both my daughters have been in college and my finances have been tight, so I was worried about not only how to turn in my first lease car, but also if I could qualify for a new lease. Jim Farkas was extremely helpful and friendly and not only answered my questions, but asked if he could look at my car and let me know more about my particular situation, turn in and possible new lease. In the time it took for my oil change and tire rotation, Jim had answered all my questions and given me information that made it possible to not only lease a new Honda Civic, but to do an early lease turn in and save money on my monthly payments for the next 3 years. In addition to that, he said that if I took advantage of the offer, he would refund my money for the service visit that day. Jim Farkas gave all my information to Kent Hepler, who called me and went over all the details with me around 9:30am the same morning. I worked with Kent Hepler 3 years ago when I leased my first Honda and found him to be a no-fuss, honest man with a great sense of humor and a straightforward and caring disposition. I had shopped all over Ann Arbor at that time and he was the only salesperson who actually listened to what I said my needs were and didn't try to upsell me or hand me a lot of sales talk as if I hadn't done my research and knew what I wanted/needed. That same afternoon at lunch I visited the lot, picked the color I wanted and the very next day at lunch I signed the paperwork and am now driving a new 2012 Honda Civic. I could not be more happy with the sales, management and service departments at this dealership. I have owned a number of new and used cars in my lifetime, but I have never had what I could say was a truly good experience until I stepped into Ann Arbor Honda. They are a wonderful group of people. More
We were introduced to Christian by Don Vollman; had located the desired vehicle through the USAA website. Christian was very personable with a non-pressure approach. We were clear on our expectations for the vehicle, and he made it easy to discover the value in the product. He answered questions quickly and clearly, and provided as much information as we requested on all aspects of the sale. While I was not ecstatic with the final price, it was within my parameters and was not a matter on which Christian had much influence. He communicated the company's price proposal very effectively, and let us make our own decision without pressure or any form of brow-beating. Christian was also very effective maintaining ongoing communication with us as we were arranging our financing process. He kept me fully informed throughout the process in a way that was very professional and readily appreciated. Having bought used cars in the past, I was not happy about the prospect of dealing with the "standard" used car salesman prototype. Christian was anything but the "model." His soft-spoken and friendly demeanor made the process as positive as it could have been. More
