Mr. Bracey, We are sorry to learn of your disappointment as we felt me met if not exceeded your expectations during your visit. When you visited you were looking at a CR-V LX in Basque Red but wanted more features so we found we were receiving a CR-V EX-L that was noted as Basque Red in our system however the vehicle was not physically at our dealership. We offered you the opportunity to inspect the vehicle upon arrival. We discussed numbers, agreed-upon pricing, and took a deposit to hold the vehicle for you. You were unable to take delivery for 10 days so we provided a courtesy to hold the vehicle partly due to the vehicle not being here but the timeframe was still beyond our typical 24 hr hold. We did notify you the vehicle was a different color and you agreed to move forward, you had ample time to inspect/test drive before signing and completing the deal. It is disappointing to know that you feel our team didn’t do all we could to ensure you were completely satisfied before completing your purchase. Best Regards, Jim Farkas General Manager

Never was notified of a different color. Only when I arrived to pick up. Scratches where covered up to some degree, don’t know what happened there. Holding the wrong colored vehicle for me isn’t proper without notifying me. Again I am disappointed that I did not receive a call for the color change, and the debacle of scratches in the front left headlight area.
