I came to get an oil change for my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. I had a $7 off coupon that I had received in the mail, which made the excessive $44 charge more acceptable. I was in and out using the Express Service in 35 minutes, which was good. I also investigated purchasing a Honda Civic. I was looking for a hybrid but was told by Bob Dymkowski that none were available. I test drove a 2012 Honda Civic. After having my Honda Civic Hybrid appraised ($7000, a ridiculously lowball offer), I asked if there was any negotiating room. Bob said maybe a couple hundred dollars. That was unacceptable and I left. I did not feel as though this dealership wanted my business, despite the fact I had purchased two cars there in the past 10 years. More

I really dislike shopping for a new vehicle. I was welcomed at a very busy time in the dealership by Evan. His sincerity in making my visit positive was evident right away. I was given contact numbers for him as I was not certain which of the 3 cars I had investigated I would purchase and I said I would be making a decision over the weekend (I stopped by on Friday). I called on Saturday morning and set up an appointment to purchase the Accord. He asked about timing as he was having a very successful day. When it looked like he would be running late, he called and we set a later time. He made sure the car was detailed and full of gasoline, even though the dealership had run out of gas for purchasing customers. We were unable to go over all of the options on the day of purchase, but made arrangements to do so in the next week. I look forward to having him teach me about my car as he is sunny and a pleasure to deal with. The financial dealings were also done quickly and easily.
