Jason was extremely courteous and responsive through the whole sales process. He provided all information that I asked regarding the car history and maintenance status, and was very flexible about the test whole sales process. The sales negotiation went smoothly and I was treated well during this process. The only downside in my experience was that the loan rate was higher than expected and I didn't find out until well into the process. If I had known going in what the rate was, I would have gone with a different source. But the difference was not so great that I wanted to back out and start over again in a couple days time, I just wanted to close the deal at that point. Probably the dealer designs this into the process but it's not good from the customer perspective. More

Your Quick Oil Change and Quick Oil Change + Rotation is great. I don't have a make an appointment; it's done in usually 20 minutes; and the price is fair, especially using the coupons. I originally didn't get my oil changed at the dealership, but after a recommendation from another customer, I've been getting it done for a few years regularly at the dealership. I have to get another car this fall, and knowing this type of service exists, is a differentiator that will have me coming into the dealership to see if there is a vehicle that fits our needs. More
