The reason why I am sharing my experience is because I was very pleased with Germain Honda. The manager, sale consultant and finance officer were so personable, knowledgeable and made the whole experience was very pleased with Germain Honda. We went to many other dealers to shop for a vehicle and our experiences at the other dealers were all high pressure and stressful. I just purchased my very first car from Germain of Ann Arbor. After searching at other dealerships, being disappointed in the manner in which I was treated elsewhere, I would assume because of my young ag Arbor. From the moment I walked in the door the salesmen and staff were very inviting, welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful! With this being my first vehicle purchase I was inexperienced and had plenty of questions, but everyone was very patient with me and help me through every step! I will definately be returning and telling my friends and family how wonderful my experience was! Thank you all so much, I couldn't be happier or more proud of my Honda Cr-V! I met Heather Defoe after a week of searching for a Honda Insight with my husband. At that point, we had met plenty of salesmen, and I was disappointed with the whole car-shopping experience. She handled a miscommunication that inconvenienced us like a true professional. Meanwhile she explained what a hybrid car could do for us. On a test drive, Heather was quite informative about the features of the car--much, much more informative than the three or four other dealers we had visited prior. She answered all the questions we had about the car and obviously knew very well the car she was selling. There are plenty of cars for sale and plenty of dealers, but finding a knowledgeable salesperson who will provide accurate information about the car you're trying to buy is not easy. Heather Defoe did an outstanding job turning us into happily satisfied car buyers. More
