My only complaint is that Joel's quote, when I pursued quotes from other dealers, was $1000 more. Bob,during my last purchase, gave me a quote that could not be matched (2010). This refers to everyone from the receptionist in the showroom (a new addition) to the technical staff in the service area. I have been in this dealership numerous times over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. I have "goofed up" about a couple of things during our long-standing business relationship and have always been treated with patience and respect. Now being retired, the "deal" that I was able to take advantage of at this time of the year is going to put a few more dollars into my wallet and I drove a beautiful,new car off the lot. More
