When Luis was busy with another customer, Jason stepped right in. When both were not in the showroom, Corky asked if she could help and even though it was not her sale, she went out of her way to help us. My Subaru Forester lease was about to expire and I came into Germain Honda wanting to look at the Honda CR-V to decide which one to use for my new lease. He was knowledgeable about the products and programs and I felt that he had a genuine interest in me and my needs. He did such a persuasive job that I decided to go with the Honda CR-V for my next lease, passing up the loyalty incentives provided by Subaru if I had gone with them. Clifton did an excellent job going through the details of the lease and ensuring that I understood and agreed with everything on the lease. Jason and Joel introduced themselves as additional contacts and said to contact them for anything as needed. In all, it was a pleasant experience. I stopped in the other day after hearing a very strange noise coming from my front wheel area. Normally, I go to the Honda dealership in Ypsilanti, as that is where I purchased my Civic and they have been noise coming from my front wheel area. Normally, I go to the Honda dealership in Ypsilanti, as that is where I purchased my Civic and they have been good to me over the years - however, this time, I didn't feel comfortable driving the extra 10 miles to get there. So I drove into the Ann Arbor Honda service area and explained the noise (which they also heard). Ric said he would look at it right away. I went to the waiting room and hung out for about 15-20 minutes at which point Ric got me and said everything was all taken care of - just a rock wedged into the brake, or something along those lines. He didn't charge me and even washed the car. He was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I will seriously have to consider doing some of my service stuff with them (I am loyal to my other dealership though too). I just wanted to say thank you to Ric and the staff - I appreciated your help with the matter. More

I went to Germain looking at a 2013 Honda Ridgeline. I was met warmly and was introduced to Joel Rosentreter. I was shown the vehicle and took a test drive. I was impressed with the Ridgeline, so as alwa was met warmly and was introduced to Joel Rosentreter. I was shown the vehicle and took a test drive. I was impressed with the Ridgeline, so as always, it came down to price and what was offered for my trade-in, which was a 2012 Audi A4. Though I had hoped to get more value for the Audi, I thought Joel and I worked very well to get a better deal on the Honda. During this process I did receive a lot of helpful information from Evan Carrier. After I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, I worked with Jonathon McClair to get all the sale details. He was very nice and helpful in discussing all my purchase options. The day was getting late and nearing closing time. I had purchased the paint protection, and Jonathon and Joel worked with Service to get the Ridgeline prepped and paint protection applied before closing. Everyone at Germain was exceptionally friendly. During all the negotiations, I started having a blood sugar crash. Evan, Joel and Jonathon kept hitting the snack machine to make sure I had food and drink to keep me going. All in all, this was a very satisfying experience. I would highly recommend Germain to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle. I'm from the Lansing area, so traveling to Ann Arbor is a bit of a distance, but it was well worth my effort!!! A few days afterwards, I was contacted by Chris to was checking to make sure all was going well. More
