I worked with rob and was very happy, when rob was not there I was helped by Jeff, the gentlemen that sits next to Germain and was treated very well. Purchasing a new car can be both time consuming and stressful. Before I stepped into any dealership I did my research on a few makes and models. I made my choice on a Honda Civic based on trade journal ratings, owner reviews and my past experience. I also did research on fair market pricing and dealer costs. I made a list of 4 dealerships that I would visit and get prices from. After making trips to the different dealerships I ended up purchasing my vehicle from Germain Honda for the following reasons. As I entered the dealership I was quickly greeted in a friendly manner. I gave Evan the information on the vehicle I was interested, he actively listened while I spoke. He answered all my questions, he gave me exactly what I asked for in the time frame that I asked. I was introduced to the sales manager as well as a few other employee.s Each staff member listened while I spoke and gave me the information I requested in a honest, direct manner. It was obvious they wanted my business but they did not pressure me for the sale as did other dealerships that I visited. In addition to the great customer service they also came in with the lowest price! I completed my shopping for my car in one day and I know I got a great deal on a great car. Evan and the staff stayed after hours to complete the sale so that I could drive the vehicle home. I have purchased a few new cars in my lifetime, this was by far the best purchase experience to date. More

Luis, Jason, and Jonathan were all very helpful and friendly. Luis listened carefully to what we wanted and made suggestions that would help us get the Civic we wanted at the best value possible. Jonathan did a great job presenting us with financing, extended warranty, tire protection, and gap insurance options, but he did not give us the hard sell. He also understood why we preferred to finance with our credit union. Luis did a great job tutoring us on all the car's features when we came to pick it up. Jason checked in with us several times to make sure that we were satisfied throughout the purchase process. We felt that all three of them worked hard to make the purchasing process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. More
