I knew before I arrived at the dealership that this was the vehicle that I wanted, all that was left was making the transaction as smooth as possible, which Mr. Parm did very well. He was flexible about scheduling another test drive of the vehicle I eventually purchased and was also willing to work in person and over the phone with my insurance company to make sure that I would be able to drive the vehicle off the lot on the date of purchase. I was looking for an affordable AWD SUV that would last me through medical school and residency in Michigan winters, so the Honda CRV seemed like a reasonable choice. From the minute my father and I walked into the Germain Honda dealership, Luis Downey made us feel comfortable and right at home. He was one of the few salesmen we have encountered that gives it to you straight--he's not going to give you some cheesy line of how his sister, mom, aunt, etc. owns a CRV and absolutely loves it, but will tell you why its a great choice at the offered price. In addition, although we wanted to purchase a vehicle instead of leasing, we never felt pressured by Luis to make the sale, and he went above and beyond in getting us a competitive price for the desired features. He continuously kept us in the loop via text regarding the sale, and made the overall experience of owning a vehicle a complete joy. Our family will probably be back to purchase more Hondas or Audis in the future. Thanks for a fabulous job! More
