I'm writing this review because of the very positive experience we had at Germain. The overall experience was really exceptional, and I know made her feel very good about her decision. Luis was very thorough in explaining the car, the features, and letting us take it out for a test drive. On the financial end, Clifton and Jason were very helpful in explaining every charge and option available. My daughter had a old car in trade, and she got a very good price for it. As I'm writing this review it occurs to me the Fit is probably the vehicle with the least amount of profit made by the dealer, and yet we were treated very very well. All around a very good experience and easy to recommend. More

Fast, Friendly, and Informative Brought in a vehicle purchased five years ago used at this location that had developed some engine problems that were worsening. Reviewed options with the service department and realized it was time for a new vehicle. Worked with salesman and quickly determined what I wanted was an update of my old vehicle. Time is important to me, and the dealership worked out my loan with my credit union, registration, license plate transfer, insurance, warranty explanations, etc. in a few hours, also appraising and providing trade-in value on my old vehicle. Dealer drove the car to my home so I could drop off my wife's car. All in all, the process took about four hours of my time. The new car was five years newer, had half the miles at time of purchase than my old car, many more luxury features, and cost LESS than the vehicle I purchase five years ago. More

He knew I was being patient waiting for the right one to come along and he didn't pressure me at all. He truly cared about helping find the car that was right for me and not just about getting a sale from me which is more than i can say for a lot of other dealerships around. I then got introduced to Jason Brinkman and Joel Rosentreter and they helped me get the deal in the works. Lastly, I had the pleasure of working with Clifton Elasivich who was absolutely wonderful! He made the finance deal a piece of cake and was a very fun person to work with. Overall, the men that worked with me were all outstanding. Having fended off numerous pushy sales people from Lexus, and mediocre service on our Lexus, I assumed the worst. Needless to say I was completely shocked when we went to Germain looking for an SUV for our growing family. No pressure, amazing service, and people who genuinely care about their customers satisfaction over how much profit they could make. From start to finish, the folks at Germain made buying a car an enjoyable experience. Heather never once pressured us, Jayne Hendricks helped keep our 2 year old daughter happy and entertained in their wonderful child's area (seriously, if you have kids you know this is a blessing more dealerships should take note of), Aaron Randles made sure our 2009 Pilot was 100% safe for us to drive and Jason made the final paperwork as painless as possible. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with that entire crew! They all earned a customer for life. More
