Wonderful experience! This was my first time purchasing a car, and I went into the process with my guard up somewhat as buying a car is a big investment. I was considering cars from Germain and one other dealer in the area. Initially, I decided to go with the car at the other dealership, mainly because they had the color I wanted. After things fell apart in a big way at the other dealership, I returned to Germain and was thrilled to find out they still had the car I wanted. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff Williams and Rob Parm in selecting my car and Glen Gottfried in finalizing the purchase and would highly recommend all of these gentlemen to anyone and everyone looking for a new or used car. The entire process was explained thoroughly to me without any sort of condescension which I greatly appreciated.
