New lease I've worked with Kent Hepler for a number of leases for both myself and my wife. Kent has done an outstanding job. I enjoy working with him. On this occasion, when I stopped in at the dealership, my purpose was only to inquire about the termination of my existing lease. Kent told me that he could put together a deal I couldn't refuse. Based on most leases, the first price offered isn't the final price, but on this occasion, the deal Kent offered meant that I would be paying slightly less than my current lease. I hope that Honda will make a few extra dollars too. I also want to add that the check out process is a lot better than in the past. Also, I should also comment on the quality of the maintenance service. Without exception it has been great for quite a few years. The quality of the service is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Honda. More

Excellent Buying Experience My wife and I recently purchased a new 2014 CR-V from Germain Honda. Since we were moving into the area from out of state, Dean Schultz handled all of My wife and I recently purchased a new 2014 CR-V from Germain Honda. Since we were moving into the area from out of state, Dean Schultz handled all of the price negotiations and car selection via email and phone calls. Dean was polite, friendly, and professional in all of his communications and helped us reserve a car at an acceptable price. After arriving at the dealership, we worked with Luis Downey, who talked us through the buying process and answered our questions. Luis was equally professional and pointed out accessories and car features before setting up a test drive for us; he was friendly and also did his best to streamline the buying process. He gave us plenty of room to make decisions and didn't try to push anything. We really felt that he valued our time. Before leaving the dealership, Glen Gottfried explained the cost of ownership and protection packages to us, prior to completing our paperwork and finishing the transaction. Glen's considerate and professional-but-personable attitude made for a good end to the buying experience. We went home with our new CR-V feeling that we had not only gotten a good price on the car we wanted, but also were treated well throughout the entire process - no hidden surprises or unpleasant moments. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Germain for new car buyers, both local and coming from other places. More

Long process but really happy with the Fit! We worked with Evan to select our new Fit, and when it was slow coming in, he got us a loaner (our other car, a 2000 Honday Oddyssey, had finally died We worked with Evan to select our new Fit, and when it was slow coming in, he got us a loaner (our other car, a 2000 Honday Oddyssey, had finally died after over 250,000 miles!). We ended up using a loaner for almost 2 months while waiting for the Fit. It was worth the wait!! And it wasn't a tough wait because we had another great Honda to drive while we waited! I went in on Sept. 1 and they didn't have the car and that it would take 3-5 days... To my surprise, the very next day Sept. 2, I got a message from Evan saying they were able to get the car for me and I could pick it up that day. When I got there they had all the paperwork ready for my husband and I to sign and I was out of there in less than an hour with my beautiful and clean CR-V!!! I would definitely recommend Germain Honda! More
