Imagine the dealerships amazement when I walked around my new lease and saw a dent. I was NOT taking ownership of the this vehicle, and requested that the dealership find me a new one. Joel handled this with the utmost respect and didn't argue with me, or hesitate to do the RIGHT thing. He IMMEDIATELY advised that he would locate a new Accord and have it ready for me to drive away in a couple of days. He personally took care of me from this point on. He actually listened to what our criteria was and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. We were impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in and loved how he gave us all the information we needed without being pushy and frankly outright obnoxious like our experience at some of the other dealerships. He definitely went over and above with making sure ever detail was taken care of through the entire process. He found us the perfect car and we couldn't be happier with it. I was also amazed at how quickly the entire process went and how completely stress free it was . . . even dealing with their finance people. Again, very informative without being pushy. Excellent automobiles, excellent service I'd been looking forward to the 2015 Honda CR-V. I was excited when Germain Honda had my desired color & trim in stock. I've bought 2 other Hondas fr I'd been looking forward to the 2015 Honda CR-V. I was excited when Germain Honda had my desired color & trim in stock. I've bought 2 other Hondas from Germain (Howard Cooper) and have brought 3 other folks who've also bought Hondas from Germain (Howard Cooper). I also get my Hondas serviced only at Germain Honda. The service department is awesome and always does a great job. Luis Downey seemed as excited as I was about the new 2015 CR-V - and for good reason! What a great vehicle! He worked hard to make sure I got the new 2015 CR-V that I wanted. He is funny, thorough, and personable. I appreciate working with Glenn Gottfried because he found for me an even better financing option than my own credit union. While I'm not big about extra warranties, he presented one that just made sense driving on the, ahem, stellar Michigan roads - "Road Perfect" - that covers my wheel rims & tires, dents & dings and road-side service for 5 years - cheaper than getting AAA, road hazard (tires only), and having to pay out-of-pocket for certain door dings. I buy a new car every 10 to 11 years so I shopped around at other Honda dealers. I came back to Germain Honda because they still give the best sales and service experience. I'm proud to work with the fine folks at Germain and am happy to recommend them to anyone wanting quality products & quality service. More

She was helpful with information and set-up an appointment for us to see the Honda Element we were interested in. We had an hour drive and arrived before the dealership opened. Our super salesman Robert Kimberly was already at the dealership and greeted us as we arrived. He explained all the ins and outs of the vehicle and it history. I must say that Robert has great car knowledge not just about Honda..but all the competition as well. He was awesome to work with. Clifton who handled the business end of our purchase was extremely organized and explained all of the options to us. He even got us a better interest rate on the financing than I could get at my own credit union. We have bought and sold many cars but this was by far the best experience we have had at a dealership. Purchase of 2015 Honda Pilot On Monday, I stopped in to look at the Honda Pilots in stock. I had never even ridden in one. Luis Downey (sales) asked what my needs were for my new vehicle. From this, he suggested the EX model. I test drove it, liked it, and started the process to purchase it. My wife and I returned on Tuesday, completed the paperwork and drove off with our new Pilot. This was a very good, very low (almost no) pressure experience.
