Here at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor, we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our guests and associates. In doing so we have set stringent COVID policies which include the wearing of masks. We do allow our associates the opportunity to remove their masks in their partitioned workspaces when not assisting guests and no one is within a 10-foot area adhering to the social distancing guidelines. This allows our staff to communicate freely when making phone calls to customers without the added communication burden of the mask. Our staff is dedicated to following the policies we have set forth as we all take seriously the concerns facing us with the ongoing pandemic.
