Despite coming in to the dealership on a very busy day (Black Friday), I was very impressed with the time and attention that was given me. I never felt neglected, or rushed. This was THE best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. Kristal Smith, our sales representative was particularly attentive. She went out of her way to see that my experience was a great one. The staff stayed open for us after closing to make sure, my needs were met. All of my questions and concerns were met, and then some! Kristal stayed overtime to sit with me in my new Honda on a cold snowy evening, to make sure I understood what I needed to know about my new Civic Hybrid. I can't say enough great things about the managers, Kristal, and the entire staff. The dealership, and Kristal herself, even sent a donation to Gleaners Community Food Bank...a charity to which I am very committed! These are good people! And I LOVE my new car. No Nonesense It was a great car buying experience. They gave me a fair price on a used car and offered me about $1000 more on my old care than I expected. For co It was a great car buying experience. For comparison, I got a higher price on the same car at another Honda dealership (a car with more miles than the one I got) and about a grand less on my trade-in. It's nice to find a place that leads with their best price. More

I thought everyone was really wonderful especially Jake Morgan who sold me the car. He personalized my experience by delivering my car to my home as well as picking me up personally for the financing. There was also no pressure to buy the car and he provided all the information I needed to choose which car was right car for me. Everyone else at the dealership was very kind and welcoming as well. It is not always easy for a woman to walk into a dealership and buy a car, but they went out of their way to help me. Based on my experience here, when I am ready to buy my next car, this will be the only place I will go. More

I never felt pressured to buy and cliff was great explaining the details of the financing. As a woman I hate car shopping alone so i brought a male friend. In the past the salesman has ignored me and spoke only to the male.
