I was searching to buy a new car for the first time and the whole team was so patient and thorough with me. They walked me through ALL of the steps and options with buying a new car. Since I've bought my Honda Accord Sport 2014 I've had to bring it in for maintenance work (oil changes). They were very quick and helpful. They are ALL very hardworking and eager to help. Jason is my quick go to when ANYTHING is going on with my car. A light came on that I was unfamiliar with when I was out of state. Jason had me take a photo with my phone and send it to him. He then went to the service center and did not stop asking questions until the problem was answered. I would hands down 200% recommend this car dealership! More

This is the first vehicle we have bought from Germain Honda, but it certainly will not be our last. We have purchased from several other dealerships in the past, but our experiences have been very different from our experience at Germain. Germain was exceptional in the honesty, integrity, friendliness and concern for customrers demonstrated by the staff. They also were exceptional in vehicle pricing. We didn't have to negotiate with them. They offered the vehicle at a lower price than we could have purchased it for anywhere else. They explained that that is how they work. I never thought that I would say this about buying a vehicle, but buying a car at Germain was actually a pleasant, positive experience. We plan to purchase all of our future cars here.
