It turns out that, Chris and the management team at Germane Honda are good and compassionate people, who are concerned about their customers. They resolved the issue that I had with the Lincoln MKX that I bought from them. Chris and the management team could have shrugged their shoulders and said oh well but, they contacted me. Chris was very courteous and helpful in resolving the issue. It is VERY refreshing and RARE to come across a dealership with this kind of integrity. Jeff the man who sold me the car is the best! I would highly recommend you purchase your new or used vehicle from Germane Honda. More

Superb experience! We just purchased our second car from Germain Honda. I had never thought that buying a car could be an enjoyable experience, but at Germain, surprisi We just purchased our second car from Germain Honda. I had never thought that buying a car could be an enjoyable experience, but at Germain, surprisingly it has been both times. We worked with Jeff Williams and Clifton Elasivich. They both worked very hard to find us the car that we wanted and that still fit within our budget. We had come in planning to buy a new CR-V LX because it cost less than the EX, though we really liked the features of the EX. Jeff asked us whether we would like to also consider a preowned certified 2015 CR-V EX and described one that had just come in. It was preowned in that it had been used by the dealership as a loaner, but only had 1644 miles on it and was in essentially new condition. We drove it and it was terrific. We purchased this EX for almost the same price that a new LX would have cost. Clifton negotiated with the credit union to get us the lowest possible interest rate and then helped us to determine what would be the most cost effective way for us to purchase it. We felt that both Jeff and Clifton went far above and beyond for us, and we very much appreciate all of their efforts on our behalf. Thanks again, Jeff and Clifton!! More

W My wife and I leased a CRV from Germain Honda and had a great experience. We visited once just to test drive the HRV and were helped by Dean Schulz. We told him right away that we weren't prepared to buy that day and that we were just looking at options for cars. He respected that, and never once pressured us to buy that day, or tried to convince us that we would need higher trim options, or a more expensive vehicle. He simply guided us through the features on the vehicle and helped us make comparisons to other Honda models and other makes. After deciding on a Honda, we returned and leased our vehicle with the help of Brian Waskiewicz. Brian was very nice and let us take our time during the test drive and as we considered different options. He wasn't pushy or aggressive and gave my wife and I a lot of space to make the decision that was best for us. As we made our decision, Brian did not try to upsell us on the trim level, he just gave us a price comparison, walked through the fees etc. for each and left us to make our decision. We filled out the leasing paperwork with Glenn Gottfried and he was incredibly helpful and candid. He was very clear about each of the documents we signed, what they meant, and how they affected our lease. He gave us very honest appraisal of the additional services available, and helped us compare costs both with and without those options. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. I didn't feel pressured and we think we got a reasonable price on the car we wanted. More
