This is the second vehicle that I've leased with this dealership and there are a few reasons why I keep returning, even though I now live an hour away This is the second vehicle that I've leased with this dealership and there are a few reasons why I keep returning, even though I now live an hour away. 1) Luis Downey-he's friendly, funny, trustworthy, honest, and very concerned about finding the right vehicle for a payment you are comfortable with. 2) Luis again-this time around, I wanted to upgrade to leather and seat warmers for the winter for around the same payment. I think Luis literally moved a mountain to make this possible. 3) Everyone is quite friendly, (which you would expect) but most staff will leave you alone if you give off that vibe. I didn't have 7 sales staff asking me if I needed something. As an introvert, this is something I really appreciate. 4). They are quite speedy. I didn't everything via phone with Luis and came in for 90 min to sign paperwork and learn about my new car. I usually never leave reviews, but I think Luis and this team deserve a shout out. My husband and I will be back in a year to upgrade his lease. PS- Luis is the best. More

Kristal Caldwell was the sales consultant who took care of all the questions my husband and I had and made sure we were completely satisfied. We were interested in purchasing the EX model, but they only had the EX-L NAVI model in stock and Kristal along with Glenn Gottfried gave us an offer we just couldn't refuse. Besides being attentive, Kristal is very sweet, personable, a pleasure to be around and most importantly, not a pushy saleswoman. We felt that she really had our best interest in mind and that counts for everything. Jeff Reichel didn't hesitate with searching for various things to help Kristal out even though we weren't his direct customers and Evan Carrier kept checking that we were happy and contributed to our getting the top of the line model. Brian Waskiewicz helped with my initial questions before we decided to come in and with insurance mess ups after we purchased the vehicle.
