My wife had already spoken with him previously on the phone and we knew if the vehicle was as nice as advertised that we would probably be purchasing it. Evan went over the vehicle with us, came along for the test drive (so I wouldn't get lost in Ann Arbor), but at no time was there any pressure. He was very professional and friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Jason took the time to come over and introduce himself to us, and thank my wife and I for our service since we are both veterans. He also told us to let him now if there was anything we needed. Glenn made the financial paperwork quick and painless. He explained some of the extra options that were available with financing but never put any pressure on us to sign up for them if we were not interested. The overall experience was well worth the drive and I would definitely recommend this dealer for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

She also used to work with Subaru ( our other car) so she's got knowledge of Honda's as well as Subaru's, which I appreciated. More

I found the vehicle I was looking for (Chrysler Town & Co I had a great experience with Germain Honda of Ann Arbor on Thursday, October 23, 2015. I found the vehicle I was looking for (Chrysler Town & Country Touring) and the price was ~ $2K less than most other comparable vehicles. Since the dealership is about 60 miles from my home, I needed some real info prior to making the trip. Jeff Reichel was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He sent over the vehicle inspection report and the CarFax was available as well. Jeff met me at the dealership ~ 9:30am, even though he was due in at 10am. We took the van for a test drive and then I asked if I could look at the van underbody using the hoist. They happily obliged. I also traded in a vehicle they took as well and gave me a fair value. I had financing via my credit union, however, Glenn was able to give me a very competitive rate, which I took due to needing the car at the time (e.g. no time to drive back to the credit union 50 miles away to pickup the check). Overall, it was a great car buying experience. I would go back to Germain again and recommend them as well. More
