I had not purchased a new vehicle in almost 17 years and with all the new technology and mechanics of todays vehicles, trying to decide what was best for me was somewhat overwhelming. Kristal explained some of the new things on the Honda HR-V that we were interested in and then gave my husband and me time to discuss the options and decide what package would be best for me. When picking up the new HR-V, we met with Glenn about the payment and financing and discovered that he is also a very professional, courteous, and friendly person. He answered any questions that we had and explained options in a clear, concise manner. Both Kristal and Glenn are excellent to work with and both get gold stars from us. More

Straight forward, Great Service I came for one car but left with another. Did my own research so I didn't need to ask many questions but for the ones I had I was given sensible answe I came for one car but left with another. The manager was a bit pushy but working in a similar work field I understand that making a sale matters. I know some people don't want to be sold so that may be something to look out for in the future but he wasn't a bad guy. My sales and finance reps did an excellent job in explaining everything I need to know and I left with a vehicle I truly enjoy. My advice is just to make sure to do your research a bit before hand but always remember, they are suppose to be the subject matter expert so use them as much as possible as they are there to help you purchase not prevent you from purchase. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a vehicle. More

Instead of overselling, he instead tells me what the important safety repairs are and what to plan for down the road.
