Brad was phenomenal to work with! I had a glass shop replace my windshield with a Honda windshield after having a problem with a replacement, aftermarket windshield. To my surprise, t I had a glass shop replace my windshield with a Honda windshield after having a problem with a replacement, aftermarket windshield. To my surprise, the Honda windshield had distortion, but worse in that it was in the middle. My husband saw it too. I felt nauseous driving on sunny days, when it was most perceptible. The glass manufacturer is very reputable and the glass met government standards. The glass shop manager suggested I contact the Honda dealership the glass came from. There I met Brad, the Service Manager who drove the van and saw the distortion. Brad said he would look into approval for a replacement and shortly after called with the OK! After reading online about how other dealerships dismissed customers who experienced this problem, I felt lucky to work with Brad, a professional, patient and caring Service Manager. I told him my concern about getting another glass from the same batch, and he investigated. New glass would come from the same batch, and there was no way to know if it would be distorted. The glass company replaced the glass with another Honda glass and, unfortunately, I saw distortion. I didn't see any point in replacing it again, because all the glass available came from this same batch. It wasn't Honda's fault, but I was still stuck with the problem. Brad called me soon after the glass was replaced to see if it was better. I told him my next step was to contact the manufacturer. Thank you Brad for the outstanding service and for going the extra mile! I would also like to thank Tim in Parts, for working so well with the glass shop on this unusual situation. More

They treat their customers well -- friendly, professional, trying to work with your schedule, explaining options, finding work-arounds, etc. More
