I always rely on their recomendations of when I need to do the major service jobs. Never have I been disappointed with the mechanics, service representatives or parts department. My goal is to still be bringing my van in until I have 300,000 miles. Thank you to every employee at Germain. I like how friendly every one is from the guy who keeps the coffee supplied in the waiting area to the department heads. More
